Job Location: Lagos State, Nigeria

Job Description

As a fundamental member of the Online Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions
• Packaging orders in the right suitable packages
• Patient education about their medications doses and intervals
• Monitoring every prescription to avoid drug interactions and side effects
• Ensuring the expiry dates of each dispensed medication
• Ensuring complete dispensing boxes and package safety
• Working properly on the inventory management system for invoices entry and management
• Handling customers and engaging with the patients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Pharmacy preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a community pharmacy
  • Must know how to read doctors’ prescriptions

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales Meet goals and metrics
  • Manage cash in and out of the branch
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize cosmetics inventory per level to avoid stockouts and reduce waste
  • Oversee controlled substances ordering and required documentation Monitor, communicate, and manage drug shortages Lead and attend periodic cosmetics inventory count
  • Attend newly branch stock preparation and stock count
  • Update changes in cosmetics and items prices and communicates them on daily basis to be applied on the master list

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Purchasing, Retail Management certificate would be an advantage)
  • Desktop computer, telephone, email, and instant messaging system
  • 1 year of prior buying or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
